Pomona Afton Can So Solve a Murder by Bellamy Rose is a delightful mix of romance and mystery. The story follows Pomona Afton, a wealthy heiress who must solve her grandmother’s murder to reclaim her frozen trust fund. Moving in with Gabe, the son of her former nanny, Pomona finds herself out of her element but gains a new perspective on life and love.

Rose’s writing is witty and engaging, with a charming romance between Pomona and Gabe that adds warmth to the narrative. Pomona’s character growth from a pampered socialite to a determined sleuth is well-handled and enjoyable. However, the mystery itself feels somewhat secondary and the resolution might be predictable for some readers.

The Heartless City By: Andrea Berthot I love this book, (I did an all nighter to finish it.) . The Heartless City (great title and cover) is one of the best tales of the story Jekyll & Hyde I have ever read. The characters are relatable, the writing is fantastic, its filled with love, horror, drama, and betrayal. I feel sad when I read parts with Cam but I guess that means I feel like i could actually meet these characters. The only thing that I think could change is that they should have brought in Iris's dad ( who I can't reveal) into the book at the end.
