Late review and Deepest Apologize!

I'm really sorry for all the late reviews my internet died so I haven't really had time between work and reading to fix it so really sorry again! Here are my latest reviews:

Keepers cedar hill series book 1 by Gary A. Braunbeck

If your a fan of Christopher Moore this book is definitely for you.
It's funny with a bit of paranormal and just enough of a thrill to keep you on the edge of your seat.

Its starts off with
The Keepers are coming..." Those are the  last words of a man who died in the middle of a highway through Cedar Hill, Ohio, still echo in Gil Stewart's ears when he discovers a dying dog in his front yard. At the same moment a package arrives on his doorstep. A package holding hope that a past young love might not be lost after all.

The Keepers are coming, and they're bringing with them memories Gil has spent most of a lifetime forgetting, memories leaking through fractures in his psyche.

The Keepers are coming, and the animals — the harbingers — are acting strange.

The Keepers are coming. But from where? And why?

Before the day is over, Gil will have the answers, and the world he thought he knew will be irrevocably altered.

Spooky right?

Hope you guys enjoy and give it a read!

P.S. I received a copy to facilitate my review, but these our my own opinions.

The Heartless City

The Heartless City By: Andrea Berthot                                I love this book, (I did an all nighter to finish it.) . The Heartless City (great title and cover) is one of the best tales of the story Jekyll & Hyde I have ever read. The characters are relatable, the writing is fantastic, its filled with love, horror, drama, and betrayal. I feel sad when I read parts with Cam but I guess that means I feel like i could actually meet these characters. The only thing that I think could change is that they should have brought in Iris's dad ( who I can't reveal) into the book at the end. To sum it up: It starts in London with Henry Jekyll who was a brilliant doctor, a passionate idealist who aimed to free mankind of selfishness and vice. He’s also the man who carelessly created a race of monsters. Once shared secretly amon...
